Darling Muesco make of motorized control valves are globe style control valves with electrical actuators and available for any control application. The Compact model electrical actuator is mounted directly on the control valve. Other features available are inbuilt positioners, position transmitters, limit switcher, potentiometer, hand wheel assembly, weather proof,explosion proof enclosure, etc.

Actuators are available for single phase and three phase current supply. Also, we supply actuators of German make and Indian make. The German make actuators are the best in the world. In addition to the standard models we can supply valves as per customer specifications.

The Standard Models are available as under:

1)Single-Seated, Unbalanced Design – Top guided: Most widely used valve, for all major fluids, working conditions and applications. Very easy to maintain.
2)Single-Seated, Balanced Design – Cage guided: Excellent valve for liquid, air and clean gases. Has very high stability and better response.
3)Single-Seated – Top & Bottom guided: Suitable for high working pressure and high pressure drop.
4)Double-Seated – Top & Bottom guided: Used for high flow capacity (CV value) and high pressure differential such as Boiler feed water etc.
5)3-way Mixing and Diverting – Skirt and Top guided: Used for thermic fluid, steam, cooling water, etc. where excess amount of fluid has to be by-passed.

Digital Control Valve is a control valve, used mainly in Automated Loading Terminal for effectively and accurate filling of Tankers & Wagon with precisely measured different type of liquids. This valve is also known as MULTI STAGE-SET STOP VALVE with standard sizes of 2”, 3” and 4”. Valves are available in cast steel body with stainless steel internal parts and imported Buna-N or Viton Diaphragms and 'O' Ring in Flanged End connection to 150# and 300#. The diaphragm used is of best quality, Nylon Reinforced, and imported from USA in Viton or Buna N. Our diaphragms are having high burst pressure, even thickness and excellent flexibility, which gives better control of Valves.

They are available in all sizes from 2" to 12" However most widely used sizes are 3"(For Tanker Loading) and 4"(For Wagon Loading).
